Returns

All products purchased on COROS.pk may be returned within 7 days of purchase date for a full refund of the original purchase price. To initiate a return, please send an email to [email protected], with the following information:

• Buyer's full name
• full shipping address
• Request number
• Name and code of the product to be returned - informed in the Invoice
• reason for return
• Copy of the Invoice attached
   

Returns will only be accepted for unwashed, unused, odor-free products that have not been altered, initialized or paired with a cell phone or added to the COROS application, intact, with the original tags and their original packaging. All returned products must be accompanied by the Invoice, with the following information on the back:

• Buyer's full name
• full shipping address
• Request number
• Name and code of the product to be returned - informed in the Invoice
• reason for return
• Buyer's signature

The product must be sent in the original packaging, accompanied by the manual and all its accessories, without signs of use, within 7 calendar days after receiving the reverse logistics code. Product returned without communication, after the deadline or with the absence of accompanying items/accessories, will be resent without prior consultation.

We reserve the right to refuse the return and return the product to the consumer, if any of the items is not within the informed standards and, in this case, the return shipping will be paid by the consumer.

If the product is in perfect condition, and in accordance with the conditions listed above, the amount will be fully refunded, after receipt and analysis of the product in our Distribution Center.

Products must be returned in their original physical condition with all accessories, unless the returned products are defective in material and construction in the production process.
