COROS products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. However, in case any product has quality problems, we will be responsible for our products. All COROS watches come with a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase. Accessories are covered by a 90-day warranty.

Global Mart, the distributor forPakistan of COROS Wearables Inc. (“Distributor”) warrants that the Product (defined below) is delivered to the original purchaser (“Original Purchaser”) who made the purchase on the website or an authorized COROS dealer (“Authorized Dealer”) in pakistan will be free from defects in workmanship or material that could adversely affect the operation of the Product under normal conditions of use, in accordance with the terms defined below. This Limited Warranty is valid only for the Original Purchaser, is non-transferable and does not extend to used Products or Products purchased from suppliers other than or an Authorized Dealer in pakistan.

Products purchased from a retailer outside Pakistan are not covered by this warranty, and are covered by the warranty policy of the country where the purchase was made.

Covered Products and Warranty Duration
For the purposes of this Limited Warranty, “Products” and “Product” mean the Multisport Watches sold in Pakistan through the virtual store www.coros.pkor Authorized Dealer in Pakistan.

Term of Limited Warranty
The duration of the Limited Warranty is two years from the original date of purchase for all Products except Accessories. Accessories have a 90-day Limited Warranty.

Nothing in the Product instructions or information shall be construed as giving rise to an express warranty of any kind with respect to the Products. No agent, employee, representative, distributor or reseller is authorized to modify or extend this Limited Warranty or to make representations or warranties, whether in presentations, advertisements or otherwise, on behalf of COROS about the Products or about this Limited Warranty. .

Nothing in this Limited Warranty affects any statutory rights of consumers that cannot be waived or limited in contract. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights.

If any portion of this Limited Warranty is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, this illegality or partial unenforceability will not affect the enforceability of the remainder of the Limited Warranty.

What is not covered by this Limited
Warranty This Limited Warranty only applies to Products used in accordance with this Limited Warranty and the documentation published by COROS and does not cover :

  • Products purchased from resellers outside Pakistan, whatever they may be.
  • Products that have been modified outside of factory specifications and/or factory conditions.
  • Products with serial number tampering and/or identification labels removed, replaced, falsified, erased, damaged, tampered with or illegible.
  • Damage to the product body such as cuts, scratches, cracks, bends, dents, scrapes or breakage.
  • Any damage to components, hardware or parts of the Products, including but not limited to damage caused by negligence, abuse, accidents, misuse or undue physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
  • Any missing hardware, parts or components of the Product.
  • Cosmetic damage considered outside the standard of reasonable use of the Product, such as deep scratches, cuts, cracks, discoloration, dents, neglect, dropping or misuse of the Product.
  • Products exposed to liquid, liquid waste, or excessively humid environments, resulting in oxidation, moisture, staining, corrosion, or exposure to liquids of components, hardware, or electronic parts. Components burned or ignited as a result of accidental exposure to liquids.
  • Direct use of paint, immersion of the charging cable in oil, use of adhesives or glues on any part of the Product, use of solders on the Product or its electronics, and/or modification of components.
  • Exposure to cigarette tar residue, moisture, sand, impurities or excessive dirt.
  • Products that have stopped working as a result of an accident, collision with an object or tool, excessive use of force, neglect of care, exposure to fire or abnormal heat, flooding, dirt, storms, lightning, earthquakes, excessive weather, or other acts of nature, theft, blown fuses, misuse of any electrical source, or overloaded electrical circuits.
  • Defects or damage resulting from the use of a third party product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, software or secondary peripheral equipment not provided for use with the Products or not approved for use with the Products by COROS.
  • Defects or damage resulting from improper testing or operation, maintenance, installation, service or adjustments not provided or approved by COROS.
  • Defects or damage resulting from the use of improper shipping packaging or use of inappropriate packaging material while in transit by the Original Purchaser's or a third party's carrier.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or retailers including, without limitation, online marketplaces such as eBay, Mercado Livre, Amazon, NETSHOES, etc. (except the Distributor's official stores in the respective marketplaces) and other auction websites and/or marketplaces. If you are not sure whether or not a dealer is authorized, please contact COROS for confirmation.

Exclusive Remedy and Limited Refunds
Except as specifically listed below, your only compensation for a defective Product will be repair or replacement of the defective Product in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty.

Distributor offers refunds only for products purchased directly from their website if these products are returned within 7 days of purchase date.

For all products not purchased from, refund requests, if made, will be subject to the Authorized Dealer's refund policy and must be processed through the Authorized Dealer's returns policy. Distributor will not honor any refunds promised by Authorized Dealers.

Distributor does not cover shipping costs for products that are returned for a refund.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service under this Limited Warranty, you must contact the Distributor via email to [email protected], attaching a copy of the Invoice, description (and photos, if applicable) of the problem encountered, and contact telephone number.

Replacement of Warranty Product
Distributor reserves the right to verify the validity of your warranty and your warranty service request.

Distributor reserves the right to charge you for shipping and servicing costs for any incomplete, damaged or modified Product that is returned and requires repair or replacement or is not otherwise covered by this Limited Warranty. Service costs are variable and based on the specific material and labor cost reasonably necessary to replace missing parts or to restore modified parts to their original factory condition.

Products sent for warranty service will be repaired and returned or replaced with a fully tested and certified COROS product of equal or greater performance.

This COROS Limited Warranty begins on the date the Product was originally purchased, as can be seen from the Purchase Invoice issued by the Distributor or Authorized Dealer in Pakistan.

All products returned to the Original Purchaser, or subsequent purchasers, from COROS warranty service are fully tested and certified. Replacement parts and/or Products may include new or refurbished parts or Products and are warranted only until the expiration of the original warranty period. Replacement parts and/or Products will meet the performance and reliability standards of new Products or parts of the same model. However, these Products and/or parts may have minor scratches, nicks, cosmetic defects or signs of use.

Warranty Replacement Product Shipping
Distributor will ship the Replacement Product to the address confirmed at the time of original purchase.

If your warranty replacement cannot be delivered as a result of an incorrect address, lack of access to the recipient, unknown address, security obstacles or inaccessible areas, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping, which may vary depending on your region. You must contact the Distributor prior to shipment to make arrangements to avoid this cost. Distributor is not responsible for shipments made to outdated addresses.

If the product is returned to a Distributor as a result of undeliverability, you will be responsible for paying any additional shipping costs for reshipment. Distributor recommends that you reconfirm your shipping address before submitting a warranty service claim.

If your shipment is received with physical damage occurring during shipment to the Distributor, a warranty repair claim cannot be processed and the shipment will be returned to the sender with no alternative options.

We reserve the right to update this Limited Warranty
We have made and will continue to make changes to the warranty policy from time to time. Make sure you read this document carefully and check for updates. Distributor reserves the right to change this policy without notice.
